Delay caused by customer’s own action (e.g., providing wrong details)

Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Returns must be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the order.
Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective).
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
