1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of:

    • Service not delivered as promised

    • Technical issues that prevent proper use of our service

    • Wrong or duplicate charges due to system error

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after successful service delivery

  • Misuse of services

  • Delay caused by customer’s own action (e.g., providing wrong details)

  • Any promotional/discounted purchases are non-refundable


3. Returns (If Applicable for Products)

  • Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the order.

  • Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective).


4. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • In case of bank delays, Express Oye is not responsible.
